I am so sorry to hear of Mrs Pierce's passing. She was a great lady and influenced my life in so many ways. I had her as my 7th grade History (Egypt) and Quilting in the 8th grade. This was back around 1977 - 1978. We still exchanged Christmas cards up until just a few years ago. Her cards were always the special ones I looked for. I am so glad she made it to Egypt. She had a passion for teaching and a passion for life. She helped me through some dark times and I will never forget her. Thank you, Mrs Pierce for making a difference in so many lives.
