I had the sincere honor of knowing Tom for close to 20 years through our mutual love of karaoke. I appreciated his passion for older songs, especially Frank Sinatra songs. He wasn't the most talented singer, but displayed the most passion. He loved to hold onto notes longer than necessary especially for the song Oklahoma. His passion as an entertainer extended to rap songs like Funky Cold Medina, Hot in Here. His voice reached falsetto even when not necessary, but he was always entertaining leaving the audience wanting more dance songs. He always had a warm smile, a kind word to say and genuinely loved life to the fullest. Not many knew that late into life he still played tennis beating people twenty years his junior. Tom is an example of how to live a long life. A glass of wine or two a day and a song in your heart. Tom will always be remembered for how well he treated people and how he could bring a smile to our face. Thank you Tom, for all the great memories. A treasure trove of memories and stories and joke.
