Bill was an amazing man. He was always smiling and trying to see the positive in things. Even when he was sad, he would try not to let it show. He was a good listener and story teller. I met Bill in 2002 when I started working at First Alarm. He was one of the people I enjoyed interacting with the most. He was strong in his opinions and had a strong work ethic. He was an honest and generous business man. He made the world a better place. I am happy and blessed to have known him. -Carolina
