for the Veterans Memorial Headstone Dedication for Pvt. Henry L. Barnett, an African American Union solider who served in the Civil War.
Mr. Barnett’s grave has gone unmarked since his passing in 1909, 114 years ago.
The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War will be conducting the Dedication Ceremony Of his veterans headstone along with Cemetery staff.
