I always loved working with Stella at Little Tampico. She was so funny and had such a sweet soul. Her customers loved her! I'm so sorry for your loss Mylo and Angela and family. To our longtime friend Jeanette and all the Garcia family: My kids grew up going to Little Tampico and Stella was always our waitress. We shared so many laughs with her that created these great memories that we will never, ever forget. My father-in-law and Stella always had this special banter and joking around that was priceless. When he became ill and could no longer make the journey over the hill, we could seed her eyes well up with tears for her long-time customer...she was just so loving and compassionate. I told Ron that Stella is now serving up food to the "Chief" (F-I-L) in Heaven..."All beans, no rice"...Yep, Stella was our waitress but Stella was our friend and we will always remember her. Lots of love and hugs to Jeanette and all the Garcia family. Ron and Julie Elkins

My deepest sympathy goes out the whole family, Angela, Milo & your sisters, brother, Father Garcia & family....It was very hard to here about the news. I love her very much. I will miss my dear friend. I know she's with Artie now...with my husband too... it doesn't make it better. We were blessed to have Stella in our life. We will miss her warm infectious smile and laughter would make your forget about all the worries in life. Whenever she would make a batch of mole we could always count on a jar on our front porch! I met Stella years ago when the kids were in preschool. Stella always had a smile for you. She loved Milo and Angela so much, and as a great mom also worried about them, they were her treasures. The heaven now has a new angel, much love to Milo and Angela. Jane, Ian, Evan and Jennifer Simpson
