I remember Lou Fackler as a friendly person and a competent professional when I was part of the Physical Planning staff at the UCSC Carriage House in the 1960s. Lou certainly left his mark on the campus. My condolences to all during this difficult time.

Lou was a very good man and I know will be missed by many. I am so happy that I had the honor of knowing such a peaceful,kind man. Rest in Peace Lou. and our deepest sympathy to the Fackler family.
