Obituary of Kelly Ann Short

Kelly Ann Short, 55, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at her home in Scott's Valley, CA, surrounded by love. Kelly's life was a beautiful journey. Her unwavering strength and eternal belief in Peace was a true gift to all who knew her. Although Kelly was taken from us much too soon, she touched many hearts along the way. To say she will be greatly missed is an understatement. Kelly is survived by her daughters, Susanne and Katie, her parents, Tom and Sue, her siblings Karen, Kim, Mike and Steve, her many nieces and nephews, and the very best of friends. She is preceded in death by her son Scott. A memorial service honoring Kelly's life will be held at 3:30pm on Sunday, November 3rd, at Mission Springs; 1050 Lockhart Gulch, Scott's Valley. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Santa Cruz County. We were blessed to have their support during this sacred time.
