Dear Greg, Scott, and family,
Jeannie gave me my first "real" job in the mid-70's when I was 19 years old. I learned many skills while working at SC Travel, but the skills I learned from your mom that were most important for life were professionalism and grace. In this regard she was a mentor extraordinaire!
She offered me my first real opportunities to travel as well, and through those experiences I began to look beyond myself and my own small world. I learned to appreciate differences in people and cultures, and developed a lifelong love of travel. I have often thought about Jeannie and how grateful I was to her for those early opportunities and experiences… they truly helped shape my life.
Please know how sorry I am for your loss. My thoughts and best wishes are with you.
