Dear Laura & Bill's Family,
I had the privilege of meeting Bill at the Cabrillo College Stroke & Disability Center where I taught in the Mobility & Fitness Skills Department for eight years. Bill emanated (and still does) such warmth and kindness to fellow students and staff alike. He was always encouraging to others and his humanity shone through in every way. Bill faced Parkinson's Disease with tremendous courage, never complained and always "wore" a smile for all around him. A most special man, dear to so many, Bill touched people unlike most. His eyes brought comfort to all of us, as a look from Bill was always filled with love and humanity. I miss him dearly and I know his family and his community misses him dearly. I send you a loving hug, Laura, as you were the "rock" and sweetheart in Bill's life. The two of you were a dynamic duo, so fortunate to have one another, and I am so happy that your life with Bill was so rich and so full.
