Obituary of Arthur Fea Lam

Arthur F. Lam, passed away recently at the age of 86. He was born November 15, 1930 and was a native of Santa Cruz. He attended the old Laurel School and graduated for Santa Cruz High School. During the 1950's he enlisted in the Air Force and served at Castle Air Force Base in Merced, California where he was an Aircraft Service Technician. He owned and operated Bay and Mission Market which he opened in 1950. He was in business for almost 55 years. His hobbies included his investments, gardening, farming and old tractors. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 26 years Bertha A. Lam in 1982 and his son Charles F. Lam in 2015. Arthur is survived by his son Richard F. Lam of Santa Cruz. Arthur is also survived by his brother Robert F. Lam of Santa Cruz, California and his sister Lilian Woo of Hayward, California. Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Wednesday August 30, 2017 beginning at 1:00 pm followed by funeral service at 2:00 pm at Oakwood Crystal Chapel, 3301 Paul Sweet Road, Santa Cruz.
