Arlene Fay Kirby Zumwalt, 73, passed away in Fremont, CA on August 7, 2012 from aortic valve stenosis. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Mildred Mulligan and father, Rhoby Lee Zumwalt. Two children, Edward Richard Goza and Diane Fay Goza await her presence into the Kingdom.
A native of Missouri, she enjoyed the outdoors, especially the ocean, camping, and going to hot mineral baths. A life long devoted Catholic, she attended Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church while living in Santa Cruz.
Private graveside services will be held at Santa Cruz Memorial Park, 1927 Ocean St. Santa Cruz. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions preferred to NAMI-SCC, National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, Santa Cruz Chapter, P.O. Box 360, Santa Cruz, Ca 95061.
