I had the distinct pleasure of knowing Jerry and his wonderful wife, Joan, while they resided in Santa Cruz. Always a soft spoken and kind man, he made our real estate transactions go smoothly with his good thoughts and actions. I was their Realtor, but we became friends. Our family is sending sincere condolences to Joan and their sons in this difficult time.
