I am a Brazilian physicist who never met Dr Mac Gregor but I have found his work on the electromagnetic theory of the electron very inspiring.I feel sorry for not being able now to send him my recent work that includes not only the electron but also the baryons. His ideas of revolving charge are part of this model , but treated in field-theoretical form, as vortices of charge. I would like to show him that instability of high energy protons in cosmic rays is related to instability of such vortices. In fact my interest on this subject along the years found strong support on the wealth of experimental data he gathered in his many papers and books.
