Obituary of Steven Swartz

Steven A. Swartz, of Boulder Creek, CA, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. Steve was born on October 9, 1951 in Williamsport, PA, son of the late John R. Swartz and the late Alberta M. (Painton) Swartz. He graduated from Montoursville High School in 1969. After high school, he attended Williamsport Area Community College (WACC), graduating in 1971. In 1974, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, and was honorably discharged in 1977. After completing his Army service, he relocated to the San Francisco Bay area, where he began his career as an Electrical Contractor. On June 28, 2003, he married Christine L. Wickes, and they celebrated 19 years of marriage. In addition to his wife, Steve is survived by a brother Richard (Marijo), of Arizona, and a sister, Julie McCabe (Mike), of North Dakota, and many nieces and nephews.
