James Randall "Randy" Evans was born in Orange, CA and grew up in Fullerton. He moved to Santa Cruz County in 1981 where he lived the rest of his life. Randy enjoyed spending time with his family and walking his dogs at the beach. He loved making people laugh and he will be truly missed.
Randy is survived by his wife, Kris Evans, his sons Andrew and Eric, his mother Helen Elizabeth "Betsy" Evans, his sister Stacy (Phil) Kuranz, his brother Timoth Evans and his nephews Quinn and Cody Kuranz. He was predeceased by his father, Wally Evans.
If desired, the family requests, with gratitude,, that remembrances be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or to any favorite charity. A memorial is planned for a later date.
