We were so saddened to hear of the loss of Anna to cancer. What a shock that was. Our family has great memories of Anna and Ashley while we lived in Vista del Lago MHP in Scotts Valley. Our daughters played with Ashley, went to school together and I even coached Ashley in youth basketball. Ashley, we are so sorry for your loss. Your mother was a wonderful person as you well know. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Mike, Leah, Melissa and Danielle Goss

I'll always remember Anna as a cheerful, kind and inspirational person who happened to love the color purple and collecting turtles : ) She was always there to help me out and was a very special person to my family. I was blessed to train with Anna in tae kwon do. She was always there to encourage and support me throughout the years we trained together. I was proud to test together with her for our Black Belts. We had fun creating our team form together. I admired the way Anna could talk to anybody about anything and her easy going personality. Anna was a wonderful example to us all on how to be a true friend and a positive person. Anna loved adventure and was an absolute thrill seeker! I will think of her every time I ride on a roller coaster or if I am ever brave enough to sky dive. Anna loved life and lived it to the fullest. My family and I are sad that she left us so soon and so young, but feel very blessed to have had her in our lives. We will miss her upbeat personality, friendship, thoughtfulness and especially her smile. We loved her very much. The Romero Family, Jill, Rob, Madi, Andrew, Mia and Rose : )

We are truly saddened by the loss of Anna. We had known of her fight against cancer, but only realized her passing as noted in the Press Banner. How very sad. We will always remember Anna by her huge smile, positive attitude, great sense of humor, and larger than life personality. We trained with Anna at Scotts Valley Tae Kwon Do (LightSpeed Martial Arts) for many years, along with her daughter Ashley. Anna worked her heart out and made Black Belt after years of dedication. She was a fighter. We have wonderful memories of our friend which will always be with us.
God Speed Anna, peace and our heartfelt condolences to your family.
Always, your friends...
